CANCELLATION POLICY

All of our services are by appointment only. Our services require preparation times to properly prepare for your treatment. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold your space in preparation for your visit, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellation.

No shows and/or appointments canceled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a forfeited deposit or 25% of your service total if a deposit has not yet been made.

Please note if you are booked for multiple services on the same day, this charge will apply to each service.

If your appointment is rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. Deposits can be transferred twice before forfeit.

LATE ARRIVAL

We understand that things arise and it can be difficult to arrive on time. Please be sure to call to make us aware, as a courtesy to your artist. We will try our best to accommodate you, however, we cannot guarantee full service time if you are late, out of respect for other clients. If we haven’t heard from you 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and it will be considered a no show and your deposit will be forfeited.

At XO Betty Modern MedSpa, we strive to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our valued customers. Understanding that sometimes unexpected situations may arise, we have put in place a comprehensive package return policy to address any concerns.

If, for any reason, you may receive a refund on your package within 1 day from the date of purchase. To initiate the return process, please contact our dedicated customer service team either via phone or email, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization code and guidelines on how to proceed further. Once approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. We value your trust in us and will always go the extra mile to ensure a hassle-free and fair return experience.
